Registering as a TiniFiber Certified Installer (TCI), enables you to provide a 25-year connector-to-connector TiniFiber warranty. You will be informed within 10 days if your registration is successful.
To become a TCI, an installer may qualify in one of two ways:
- At least one employee from the TCI must be an accredited BICSI Installer, Technician or RCDD.*
- The installer must have a current certification from an approved connectivity manufacturer.*
* Appropriate BICSI Certifications and/or Registration number, or valid connectivity manufacturer’s certificate is required.
For installers who qualify, the TCI program offers a number of benefits ranging from additional engineering support and end of year credits to complimentary freight services.
